If you are not satisfied with a course purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that:
- You have completed less than 30% of the course content
- You have not downloaded any course materials or certificates
- The course was purchased individually and not as part of a bundle or subscription
Subscription Services
For monthly or annual subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Refunds for the current billing period are issued only if you request cancellation within 7 days of the renewal date
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of subscription periods beyond the 7-day window
- Access to course materials will continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
Course Bundles and Special Offers
Courses purchased as part of a bundle or during promotional periods may have different refund terms:
- Bundle purchases are subject to the same 14-day refund window as individual courses
- Promotional or discounted courses may only be eligible for partial refunds calculated at the discounted rate
- Gift purchases are non-refundable once the recipient has accessed the course
Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Courses that have been fully completed
- Courses where certificates have been issued or downloaded
- One-time consultations or coaching sessions that have already occurred
- Third-party services or products purchased through our platform
- Custom or personalized course content created specifically for you
- Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request
Technical Issues and Service Disruptions
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing purchased content:

- We will work to resolve technical issues within 48 hours
- If the issue cannot be resolved within 7 days, you may be eligible for a full refund
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control do not automatically qualify for refunds

Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution:
- Your account access will be immediately suspended pending resolution
- We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback
- Unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
- You will be required to resolve the chargeback before accessing our services again
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you qualify for a refund outside of this policy:

- Include any relevant documentation to support your request
- We will review your case individually and respond within 7 business days
Changes to Course Content
We reserve the right to update and improve course content. Such updates do not qualify for refunds unless:
- The core subject matter or learning outcomes have fundamentally changed
- Essential course materials have been removed without replacement
- The changes significantly diminish the educational value of the course
