Subscription Services

For monthly or annual subscription plans:

  • Refunds for the current billing period are issued only if you request cancellation within 7 days of the renewal date
  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of subscription periods beyond the 7-day window
  • Access to course materials will continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

Course Bundles and Special Offers

Courses purchased as part of a bundle or during promotional periods may have different refund terms:

  • Bundle purchases are subject to the same 14-day refund window as individual courses
  • Promotional or discounted courses may only be eligible for partial refunds calculated at the discounted rate
  • Gift purchases are non-refundable once the recipient has accessed the course

Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Courses that have been fully completed
  • Courses where certificates have been issued or downloaded
  • One-time consultations or coaching sessions that have already occurred
  • Third-party services or products purchased through our platform
  • Custom or personalized course content created specifically for you

Technical Issues and Service Disruptions

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing purchased content:

  • If the issue cannot be resolved within 7 days, you may be eligible for a full refund

  • Unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
  • You will be required to resolve the chargeback before accessing our services again

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Changes to Course Content
